For hot water (rated up to 194°F) submetering scenarios calling for a small form factor and pulse output, the MTW MJ420S multi-jet water meter is an ideal choice. Constructed with a polymer casing for low weight and cost, its brass threads reduce the likelihood of stripped threads during installation.
Approved by NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 and 372, the MJ420S can be installed horizontally or vertically, with fiber washers advised for the MJ420S.
